Payment:
Full payment is required within three days of booking. Please send a message via our Facebook page (
La Toscana Resort or
La Toscana Resort Suanphung) to confirm payment. We will send a confirmation within two business days. If payment is not made within the specified time, the booking will be considered canceled.
Rescheduling:
Customers can reschedule their stay up to two times, provided notice is given at least 14 days before the new check-in date. Failure to notify us in accordance with our policy will result in forfeiture of the booking.
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be given if the reservation is canceled without the required notice.
Accommodation Conditions:
Room rates are net and include breakfast for 2 persons.
For extra guests (up to 1 additional person per room):
Children under 5 years old stay free of charge.
Children aged 5 to 7 years: Breakfast is 300 THB per person per day.
Children aged 8 years or taller than 120 cm: Extra person fee is 1,000 THB per person per day, including breakfast.
Baby cot rental: 300 THB
